Its classic flavors include crushed gravel and raspberry on the nose, and layers of tart cherries and vanilla leading to complex tannins on the finish. The use of 30% new French oak and extended skin contact during fermentation contribute to the wine's depth and aging potential, making it a serious Cabernet Franc.
