The 2022 Hat Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from Sawtooth and Williamson Vineyards, with a splash of Petit Verdot. It features flavors of black cherry and blackberry, with subtle notes of leather and licorice. Firm tannins and a smooth finish make it a versatile red for meals or sipping.
